How animals work
Break eggs first so you can inspect size and income, steal only keepers, beat the carry timer, place them in your pen, claim Index Speed rewards, and merge three-of-a-kind for heavier eggs. Titanic spawns and player bats make weak steals expensive.
How to bank an animal
Inspect hatch, steal keepers, race the timer, place for cash, claim Index Speed, then merge duplicates.
- Break and inspect the hatch. Break the egg until an animal appears. Luck can rise while you swing. Read rarity, size (kg), and income before you steal.
- Steal and race the carry timer. Take only keepers. A ~30 second despawn timer starts on steal. Guards and player bats can drop the animal mid-run.
- Place in the pen for cash. Finish placement at your base. Heavier animals earn more. Upgrade pen capacity when the base is full, and use Equip Best.
- Check the Index. Open the Index after placement to see collection progress and claim Speed rewards for new entries. Fill the current zone set before skipping ahead.
- Merge three of the same species. In the Safe Zone Animal Merging machine, submit three matching animals to receive an egg for a heavier version of that species.
Rarity by zone table
Ten rarity steps track the zone climb: Common from Forest, Uncommon Desert, Rare Snowy, Epic Candy, Legendary Swamp plus the free Sabertooth Egg, Mythic Ocean, Divine Hell, Cosmic Blossom, Secret Galaxy, and Eternal or Diamond on Enchanted Forest late pads. Enchanted Forest pads can also drop Legendary through Secret before those top tiers. Use the table to pick which zone still fills Index holes before you push the next gate.

Carry tips
Skip weak hatches, clear return paths, recover drops before the timer, and upgrade pen capacity.
- Break first so you can skip weak hatches without aggroing the guard.
- Start the steal with a clear path home; the despawn timer does not pause for combat.
- If a guard or player bat drops you, pick the animal up again before the timer ends.
- You cannot take an animal another player is still hatching, but you can steal one they are carrying.
- Buy more equip slots or upgrade the pen when capacity blocks new placements.
How to merge

- Find the merge machine. In the Safe Zone, use the Animal Merging machine near the Invite Friend NPC. It is available regardless of your Speed.
- Add three matching animals. Interact, Add animals into the slots, and choose three of the same species. Weights can differ across the three.
- Press Merge. Confirm Merge to receive an egg tied to that species. Hatch it for a heavier variant with stronger pen income.
- Repeat without a daily cap. There is no daily merge limit while you hold enough duplicates. Farm a zone, bank extras, then merge in safety.
Animal samples list
Four sample roles, not a full species catalog. The free Sabertooth comes from the ILGames x Eggs Community Rewards Sabertooth Egg and starts as a Legendary pen animal. Heavy or giant hatches pay more cash but need a Speed head start on the return. Titanic egg results can hatch strong or weak animals, so size alone is not a buy signal. Three matching animals merge into an egg that hatches a heavier version of the same species.

FAQ
How do animals make cash?
Place them in your pen at the base. Cash ticks from placed animals fund shops. Heavier animals earn more.
What does the Index do?
It records collected animals and grants Speed rewards for new entries. Fill variety in your current zone before skipping ahead.
What is the carry timer?
After you steal, the animal despawns if you take too long to place it. Plan on about 30 seconds. Guards and player bats can drop the animal mid-run, so recover it before the timer ends.

Can I merge different species together?
