- Compare the same egg route before and after using the lightning Speed value.
- Do not spend mutate resources on a starter you will replace soon.
- Open Index after each new hatch and confirm the tile registered.
- Claim only when a reward is shown on the live entry.
- A new Index entry can matter even when Speed is low.
- A duplicate can still beat your mount on Speed. Compare lightning values before Sell.

Kitsune has the highest base Speed at 1 billion (Jump 170, Income 90 million). Dragon has 300 million Speed, Jump 150, and the highest Income at 300 million.
Kitsune or Dragon?
Pick Kitsune for rare egg races and covering more of the map. Pick Dragon when you need plot cash for Radar buys or rebirth.
What do mutations do?
They increase pet speed. Check the live mutation screen for cost and result, then run your usual egg route again to compare.
Should I sell every weak hatch?
Check Index first. A new entry can still be worth keeping for collection rewards even if Speed is low.
Is Kangaroo worth keeping?
Yes as a mid mount. Easter Eggs can roll Kangaroo around 1 in 3,000 with far better Speed and Income than starters.
