What is Animal Hospital (Anomaly)?
Animal Hospital (Anomaly) is a Roblox survival horror game by Animal Anomaly. You work the night shift at a veterinary clinic: sick animals queue at reception, you send them to treatment rooms, and you try to keep the building calm until the shift ends.
How do I spot fake patients?
Check appearance at the lobby window, compare the check-in snapshot to the live patient, review CCTV, then read paperwork and listen at the window when those steps appear. Hit Shutters when any layer fails, see the Anomalies guide for the full tag list.
What happens when Sanity hits zero?
Your run ends. Jumpscares, anomaly contact, map hazards, and some photo effects drain Sanity. Coffee, food, and some class perks restore it.
Where do I spend shift cash vs Animal Coins?
Shift cash buys Supplies Shop tools and upgrades during a shift. Animal Coins unlock jobs in the lobby Class Shop between nights.
Do guns work on every threat?
No. Tasers and guns only really work on Skin Walkers. Slime, fire, ceiling monsters, and most hallway enemies need their own fix, see the Threats guide.
Does Animal Hospital have codes?
There is no promo-code menu in the lobby right now, including after Second Floor (Sep 5). The Codes page updates when the developer adds one.
What is the difference between Updates and Shift Events?
Updates are Roblox patches that change lobby classes, cosmetics, or global content, see the Updates page for countdowns. Shift Events are mid-run HUD emergencies like Barney, Ambulance nights, Rain Shift, and room fires during a single shift.
How do I visit Liz's house?
Finish her four UV photos, survive into the mid/late teens, pick Go to Liz's House when she invites you, then clear that shift. Characters and Locations cover the apartment cutscene.
How do I unlock the second floor?
After the first Ambulance rush, take the UPPER FLOOR stairs near Rooms 6-8. Skip Tutorial also opens it early. Lab Sampler, serums, and Squiggles are upstairs. Locations and Items have the loop.
How many shifts are in Animal Hospital?
There is no fixed shift cap, your run continues until Sanity reaches zero. Shift 3 unlocks Taser and Fire Extinguisher; Shift 4-5 brings the first Ambulance wave. See the Progression guide for cash, scoring, and milestone nights.
What is the Journal?
Lobby menu under Classes, a codex for anomalies, NPCs, and achievements. Completed entries pay Animal Coins; anomaly pages usually need you to let that fake check in before the page unlocks. Coin tables and clear tips live on the Updates page.
Who is Sam and should I hire him?
Sam shows up after a slime secret shift. Hire him for $250 at check-in, three shifts of help on slime, room fires, and Hiders. He ignores Ghosts and will not clear Slimebert while the slime night is still running.
