What is Animal Hospital (Roblox)
Animal Hospital (Anomaly) is a Roblox survival horror game by Animal Anomaly. You work the night shift at a veterinary clinic: sick animals queue at reception, you send them to treatment rooms, and you try to keep the building calm until the shift ends.
Not every visitor is sick — some are anomalies posing as patients. They chip away at your Sanity and put real cases in danger. Catch them with lobby cameras, CCTV, and the check-in snapshot before you assign a room.
When a shift ends, the Doctor NPC may offer supplies or a heads-up about the next night. A Policeman shows up during events like the Barney encounter.

How do I spot fake patients?

What happens when Sanity hits zero?
Your run ends. Jumpscares, anomaly contact, map hazards, and some photo effects drain Sanity. Coffee, food, and some class perks restore it.
Where do I spend shift cash vs Animal Coins?
Shift cash buys Supplies Shop tools and upgrades during a shift. Animal Coins unlock jobs in the lobby Class Shop between nights.
Do guns work on every threat?
No. Tasers and guns only really work on Skin Walkers. Slime, fire, ceiling monsters, and most hallway enemies need their own fix — see the Threats guide.
Does Animal Hospital have codes?
As of June 2026 there is no promo-code menu in the lobby. The Codes page updates when the developer adds one.
