Not every danger waits at the window — each threat has its own fix, and most ignore gunfire.

Threats fall into map hazards and enemies that chase you or jam check-in. Tasers and guns only really work on Skin Walkers; everything else needs its own fix.

  • Skin Walker transforms during bed recovery or right after intake completes.
  • Head Banger is the eyeless visitor that hammers check-in glass — also labeled Eyeless or Wall Banger in-game.
  • Black Bunny is the tall hallway Stalker with a wide grin.
  • Wall Monster chases from walls; Hider chases in small groups — different spawns, similar sprint-until-gone fix.
  • Tasing a normal patient costs ~−15 Sanity; friendly taser hits drain ~2 Sanity.
