August 8–11, 2026 at 16:00 UTC (noon ET). Lore Expansion is live in the build after the Roblox card closed. Late-run Dr. Harlow box escort opens the NO ACCESS wing and his office (~Shift 16–18). Hand Ratthew's Key while he sits for a secret dialogue. Rain Shift (Shift 3+) floods the ward with fish / Anglerfish patients and Sanity puddles. QoL: Fast Start skips the first four tutorial shifts, reconnect after disconnect, and spectate after death. Visitors may carry flowers; weekly leaderboard; new skins for Nurse, Secretary, Psychologist, and Head Nurse. Deer plush Easter egg sits in the office waiting area. Desk tells: Characters, Locations, Shift Events, Anomalies.

What to expect
The first class patch expanded the Class Shop: three upgrade levels per job, starting cash listed on shop cards, in-game class models, and a perks UI. Secret Agent became Robux-only with regional pricing (often listed around 790 Robux — your Class Shop card shows the live price).

Journal coin tables
Hazmat added the lobby Journal under Classes. Spend the coins in the Class Shop. Safe desk play still prefers Shutters — many anomaly rows only fill after an unsafe check-in or intentional hit.
- Lobby menu under Classes. Three tabs: Anomalies, NPCs, and Achievements. Clearing an entry pays Animal Coins.
- Many anomaly pages only unlock after you let that fake check in or take the listed hit — do not confuse Journal farming with safe desk play.
- Most anomaly encounters open up around Shift 10+. Keep Coffee, Mint Tea, or Chocolate ready when you farm intentional Sanity hits.
