What you can buy during a shift, what is free in the hallway, and when each item matters.

Hallway meds are free and sit outside patient rooms. Upgrade items and most tools come from the Supplies Shop while a shift is running (not only in the lobby). Which item fixes which symptom is on Treatments; below is the full shop and hallway stock list.

- Security spawns with X-Taser (5 charges).
- Secret Agent spawns with Gun (20 shots) without buying the shop item.
- Lobby camera bank includes a mounted Taser; a wall Taser often unlocks free after Shift 3.
- Fire Extinguisher sits in a glass case by the check-in booth — take it for free.
- A Gun can appear on the check-in booth floor; Secret Agent still starts with one equipped.
- Paramedic starts with Large Speed Cola (6 uses); Run Faster from the shop is a separate speed buff.
