Hatched animals earn cash in your pen, including offline. Claim Index rewards for new species, expand the farm when slots run out, and watch mutation tags on rare eggs.
Index and hatch flow
Place the egg, hatch, collect cash, then claim Index rewards. Farm expansion buys more pen slots.
The Index tracks animals you have discovered. Claim cash when new entries light up. Prefer Claim All when several unlock at once.
Farm upgrades raise plot level so more animals fit in the pen. Expand after a zone jump or rebirth, not before every steal.
A steal only sticks after you pass the SAFE ZONE and place the egg in your pen. Holding it is not enough. Placed eggs run a hatch timer, then earn cash, including offline.
- Steal an egg and return through the SAFE ZONE
- Place the egg in a free pen slot
- Wait out the hatch timer, then collect cash from the pen
- Open the Index and claim new species rewards
- Sell weak earners when the pen is full

Yes. Collect banked cash from the pen when you return before you decide what to buy next.
Should I sell weak animals?
Sell low earners when the pen is full and a stronger hatch is ready. Keep Index progress in mind before you wipe a new species.
