Quests
Repeatable leveling quests run across all three seas. Take one quest from the island NPC, defeat the target, collect EXP and Beli, then repeat or move when your level clears the next gate. Race, summon, and item chains are separate.

Quest bands list
First Sea runs starter islands through Fountain City and the Ice Admiral gate. Second Sea starts at Kingdom of Rose and ends at Tide Keeper. Third Sea begins around Port Town. Use the band to find the giver, then read the live quest for EXP.

Tips
- One quest at a time. Accepting a new quest replaces the current one. Leaving the game drops it. Reaccept before the next pack so kills count.
- Level is the accept gate. The listed level is the minimum to take the quest, not always the enemy's combat level. Boss rows sit next to the nearby grind.
- Side chains are separate. Race upgrades, summons, subclasses, and item quests are not the 117 leveling rows. Follow those NPC prompts on their own pages.
FAQ
Are these every Blox Fruits quest?
About 118 repeatable leveling quests are listed across all three seas. Race upgrades, summons, subclasses, Island Secrets, and item chains are separate. See Quest Items and Races.
Should I skip quests for bosses?
Stay on the quest band until the boss is the next checkpoint. Random high-level bosses waste time if the quest still pays better EXP.
What happens if I leave mid-quest?
The active quest drops. Talk to the same giver again before you farm the next group.
Why skip Ocean Prophet on Submerged Island?
Ocean Prophet and High Disciple both sit near level 2675 in some builds, and High Disciple pays more EXP. Prefer the higher-EXP target when the compass offers both.
