Quest items
Keys, torches, chalices, and raid chips that open puzzles, race and style unlocks, boss summons, and fruit raids. Map each item to its handoff before you farm the drop. Most vanish on death or leaving before use.
Item groups
Saber and access puzzles, race and combat unlocks, chalice summons, and the three raid-chip routes cover the useful set.
- Saber and access puzzles. Torch → Cup → Ancient Relic for Saber. Key gates Second Sea. Library, Water, Hidden, and Holy Torch open styles or swords.
- Race and combat unlocks. Fist of Darkness, Core Brain, Hellfire Torch, and Fire Essence feed Darkbeard, Cyborg, Ghoul, and Dragon Talon.
- Raid and boss summons. God's Chalice, Sweet Chalice, and Hallow Essence start rip_indra, Dough King, and Soul Reaper routes.
- Raid chips. Basic, Advanced, and Order microchips host fruit raids. Match the chip to the raid before buying.

Tips
- Follow the chain, not the name. Torch → Cup → Relic is Saber. God's Chalice branches to rip_indra or Sweet Chalice. Water Key is only one piece of Sharkman Karate.
- Most carry items can vanish. Death or leaving often deletes keys, chalices, and chips before the handoff. Fist of Darkness and Hellfire Torch cannot be banked. Raid chips also vanish when the raid starts.
- Progress can outlast the item. Saber puzzle progress, the Library Key door, Ghoul unlock, and Cake Scientist access stay after the item is spent. Plan the sail before you pick the item up.
- Chip aliases are the same routes. Guides may say Special, Phoenix, Dough, or Order Microchip. Use Basic for standard raids, Advanced after Phoenix or Dough access, Order for the Secret Lab fight.
FAQ
Do quest items disappear on death?
Many do. Raid chips are also lost when the raid starts. Fist of Darkness cannot be stored. Check each row's note before sailing with a carry item.
What is the difference between God's Chalice and Sweet Chalice?
God's Chalice summons rip_indra or crafts into Sweet Chalice with 10 Conjured Cocoa. Sweet Chalice (also called Cake or Chocolate Chalice) starts the Dough King route after Cake Land kills.
Which item starts Cyborg?
Insert Fist of Darkness in the Secret Laboratory, defeat Order for a chance at Core Brain, then finish the Cyborg unlock.
Which raid chip should I buy?
Basic for standard fruit raids at level 1100+. Advanced after unlocking Phoenix or Dough hosting. Order from Arlthmetic for the Order / Core Brain route.
Does Saber puzzle progress save?
Yes. Individual Torch, Cup, or Relic pieces can still be lost before you use them, but completed puzzle steps stay between sessions.
