Starter races, unlocks, V2 through V4, and Mirage Blue Gear.
Races
Starter races roll at character creation as Human, Shark, Angel, or Rabbit. Unlockables such as Ghoul, Cyborg, and Draco come from later quests. Race V2 and V3 live in Second Sea. Race V4 is Third Sea work through rip_indra, Dough King Mirror Fractal, Mirage Blue Gear, Temple of Time trials, and about 26,000 or more Fragments per race. Finish one full race before you split Fragments across three.

Race roster list
Human is the balanced default roll. Shark is stronger in water and pairs best with Sea Beast sailing. Angel leans energy and flight flavor. Rabbit is the speed-focused starter. Ghoul unlocks for PvE sustain, Cyborg unlocks for energy PvP kits, and Draco unlocks through Third Sea quests. Any starter clears First Sea. Unlockables and V3 tasks matter more once you hit Second Sea.

Race tier list
V1 is the base kit from spawn or first unlock and is fine through First Sea. V2 is the Second Sea race trainer upgrade you buy when you plan to keep that race. V3 is the Second Sea awakener with a kill or collect task per race. V4 needs V3 done, rip_indra, Dough King Mirror Fractal, Mirage Blue Gear at night, Temple of Time trials, and about 26,000 or more Fragments for that race. Mirage is not required for V3.

V3 quests list
Human V3 defeats Diamond, Jeremy, and Fajita. Rabbit V3 collects a large Second Sea chest count. Shark V3 kills a naturally spawned Sea Beast. Angel V3 defeats another Angel-race player. Ghoul V3 defeats several Second Sea players. Cyborg V3 shows any physical fruit to the V3 NPC. Draco V3 runs a later sea boss chain with a high Beli step. Match the in-game awakener text before you farm the wrong target.

Race V4 steps
Third Sea only. Finish V3, clear rip_indra and Dough King for Mirror Fractal, grab Mirage Blue Gear at night, complete Temple of Time trials, then pay about 26,000+ Fragments for that race.
- Finish V3 on the race you will awaken. V4 needs that race at V3. Do not start Temple trials on a race you have not awakened yet.
- Beat rip_indra. Third Sea Indra Island. Clears the Race V4 story gate and ties into Dark Dagger / True Form routes.
- Get Mirror Fractal from Dough King. Summon and defeat Dough King in Sea of Treats. Mirror Fractal is required for the V4 path.
- Find Blue Gear on Mirage at night. Sail Danger Levels that can spawn Mirage. Blue Gear is a night Mirage pickup. Not a Second Sea V3 step.
- Complete Temple of Time trials. Enter with the required items and finish the trial chain for that race. Follow the live Temple prompts.
- Pay Fragments for that race. Budget about 26,000+ Fragments per race for the full V4 unlock. Finish one race before splitting the bank.
V4 title names
Each race awards a display title when V4 completes. Titles are cosmetic. See Titles for colors.

Tips
- Finish one race before splitting Fragments. Full V4 on one race costs tens of thousands of Fragments. Awakening three races at once starves fruit awakens and styles.
- Shark for Sea Beast farmers. If you sail for Fragments, Shark V2+ cuts water pain. Switch later if you commit to a PvP race.
- PvP race picks. Shark or Cyborg forgive early deaths while you learn. Rabbit or Human punish mistakes harder and force better movement. V4 is the long-term PvP power spike.
- Skip early reroll chasing. Race rerolls cost Fragments or shop currency. First Sea does not need a perfect roll.
FAQ
Can I change race?
Yes with rerolls and unlock quests. Buy those in-game. Off-site "free race" codes are scams.
Which race is best for beginners?
Any starter works. Shark helps water and Sea Beasts. Rabbit helps speed. Unlockables matter more in Second and Third Sea.
How do I get Race V4?
Unlock V3, beat rip_indra and Dough King for Mirror Fractal, find Blue Gear on Mirage at night, then finish Temple of Time trials and pay the Fragment cost.
Do I need Mirage Island for V3?
No. V3 is Second Sea. Mirage matters for V4 Blue Gear and chests.
