Scrolls enchant eligible weapons and fishing rods. Common through Mythical are player crafts at Dragon Talon Sage. Legendary and Mythical can roll blessings or curses. Blessed and Cursed Scrolls are admin-only.

Tips
- Tier is a level budget. Common caps at 3 enchant levels, Rare at 5, Legendary at 7, Mythical at 9. Pick the tier for the item you are willing to risk.
- Legendary and Mythical can bless or curse. Those tiers roll special results. Save Leviathan Heart and Terror Eyes until you accept that risk.
- Admin scrolls are documentation only. Blessed and Cursed Scrolls explain the named special results. They are not craftable progression.
