Coins come from selling logs and buy tools, backpacks, trucks, and upgrades. Gems buy Classes, Gem Perks, and Garage vehicles such as Ridge Dumper at 600. Daily Reward pays 35 Gems every 6 hours; Group Reward pays 100 once.
