Jobs opens the Farm Hands tablet. Hire a gardener: they water your trees and feed them Tree Tonic. They do not harvest, so you still pick fruit yourself.
You pay a one-time Sign Contract fee in Cash or Robux, then a daily Cash wage at nightfall. Roster prices and Speed / Strength below match the hire cards. Detail cards also show Work seconds, trees per trip, favourite foods, and hearts.
Hearts run 0 to 10. At 10 hearts the card notes stats ×1.2. Favourite foods are Seed Shop durians (Kradumthong, Chanee, Puangmanee, Kanyao, Nokyip).
How hiring works
HUD Jobs button, contract fees, nightfall wages, and hearts.
Open Jobs from the left HUD (phone icon), pick a worker, and press Sign Contract. Cash hires debit Cash right away; Robux hires use the usual purchase prompt. After the one-time fee you only owe the daily wage.
Wages come out of Cash at nightfall, so keep stall income ahead of payroll. Uncle Boon is $120/day, Noi $200/day, Big Tong and Mali $250/day each. Two Cash hires already cost $320 every night before any Robux worker.
Raise hearts with favourite foods on the detail card. At 10 hearts you get the ×1.2 stat note. When you still want to water by hand, fill your can at the Water Well (E → Fill Water, up to 3/3).

Who to hire
Cash starters vs Robux capacity and speed.
On Cash only, start with Uncle Boon ($2,500 contract, $120/day). He is slower on Speed but waters six trees per well trip, which covers early plots without a heavy wage. Noi is $6,000 up front and $200/day: quicker, but only three trees per trip, so she fits smaller watered sets with fast refills.
Robux hires buy capacity or tempo. Big Tong (149 Robux) waters ten trees per trip at 1.3 s, the widest can here. Mali (199 Robux) is fastest at 0.9 s per tree with six trees per trip and the highest Speed. Both still take $250 Cash at nightfall.
Big Tong and Mali use the same Robux prices as Durian Shop Gym Bro / Mali Maid products (149 / 199). Check both UIs before you pay twice; they may be the same unlock.
