Serving Guide

One full ticket

1. A customer arrives at the register or queue.
2. Check the Customers Index if you are unsure about the guest.
3. Use Assign Customer to Table, or reject the table at the register.
4. Take the order; stoves auto-cook without a manual minigame.
5. Deliver food when the ticket is ready.
6. Collect payment, then wash the table before the next party.

Customers Index

Peek at the Customers Index before you assign a stranger during a rush. It flags guests who steal or dine-and-dash. Button placement can shift between builds, so trust what you see on your server, not a screenshot from last week.

When someone bolts

Reject shady tables at the register when you can. If a diner leaves unpaid, the HUD may flash an unpaid-customer alert. Some players chase with a pan, but cash recovery is not guaranteed. Keep seating and cooking for paying tables so the shift still moves. Early shops usually do not sell a security guard.

Hiring a Worker

Staff help is a timed Grocery-side hire, not a permanent shop employee list. Learn Assign Customer to Table first, then decide whether the Manual Assign warning is worth the contract on your panel.

Find the NPC

1. Leave the dining floor and walk to the Grocery building outside.
2. Look for the hire NPC in front of Grocery, not only inside the shop.
3. Approach until a Hire interaction appears. Offers can show a visible countdown.
4. If nobody is there, keep serving and recheck later, or rejoin once for a newer server build.

Contract basics

• Watch for a hire NPC outside Grocery during a timed window.
• Hire panels have shown about ₱300 for about three in-game days on a countdown.
• The hire panel warns that Manual Assign may be disabled once a worker is active.
• Exact seating behavior after hire can differ by server build, so read the live warning text.
• Stoves still auto-cook; hiring does not replace grocery restocks or plate delivery.

Manual Assign warning

• Without a worker, you seat guests with Assign Customer to Table by walking up to waiting diners.
• The Hire panel warns Manual Assign may be disabled after you confirm the contract.
• That is a seating-control trade: more hands, less direct table picks, until you retest the prompt on your client.
• Worker pathing, seating priority, and whether they cook or only seat are not locked in public notes. Watch your own floor after hire.

If hire fails

• No worker outside Grocery: Confirm you are outside the shop, keep the shift running, recheck periodically, and rejoin once if your server build looks stale.
• Countdown already expired: Continue serving paying tables and watch Grocery for the next offer window.
• Hire will not complete: Match the Cash amount on the live panel and confirm before the timer hits zero. Read any on-screen error prompt.
• Panel shows different terms: Prefer your current Hire panel over any older guide numbers, including the ₱300 / 3-day example.

What shows up on tickets

Your menu grows as you buy more groceries. Early shifts lean on silog plates, lugaw, and adobo-style orders. Names below are common tickets, not a guaranteed full roster.

Rush habits

Tips can drop hundreds or thousands of Cash on busy shifts. You can stack plates on one trip when the game allows it; clear the oldest ticket first so tables do not time out. Night closing gives you a breather to restock before the next day.

Five-star goal

The experience page talks about being the first five-star owner. Star rules are still fuzzy in live servers, so treat ratings as a long-term goal, not a solved checklist.
