No confirmed cooling rate, capacity, or spoilage rules yet. If a Chiller row appears in your shop, treat it as experimental until live prompts spell out what it does.
Can CCTV stop inventory theft?
CCTV does not eat your groceries. It only helps you spot thieves on the floor. You still chase runners yourself.
When is the second floor worth it?
Second-floor expansion is a late goal after your ground floor keeps up with rushes. Reported prices change with patches.
