Where to start
Skim Codes if you care about promo strings, then Beginner for the four handoffs and Fish Value board. Merging covers Sardine into Mackerel. Boats are the mid-game hire path. Upgrades matter when Chef Skill or staff passes become the bottleneck.
Fish-to-sushi loop list
Five steps: Hire on Hire 1/5/25/100 (Tier 1 only), Collect fish into your bag, Deposit Fish when Fish Value is not stuck at 0.5x (board swings about 0.5x to 1.5x), wait for customers to eat then Collect money, and spend Cash on Hire, Merge, boats, or Chef Skill.
- Buy fishermen on Hire 1 / 5 / 25 / 100 (Tier 1 only).
- Collect fish from the holding grid into your bag.
- Watch the Fish Value board (about 0.5x to 1.5x) before Deposit Fish.
- Chef turns fish into sushi; customers eat; Collect money.
- Spend Cash on more Hire, Merge, boats, or Chef Skill.
Two progress tracks
Merging turns Tier 1 fishermen into higher Index fish. Boats dock random higher-tier hires. Buying a boat raises Hire pad prices, so later progress leans on boats over Hire 100.

How do I make my first money?
Hire a Tier 1 fisherman, Collect fish, Deposit Fish when Fish Value is not stuck at 0.5x, wait for customers to finish, then Collect money. Fish in hand and finished plates are not Cash until you Collect.
What is the Fish Value board?
A pier multiplier that usually swings about 0.5x to 1.5x. Dumping at the bottom wastes fish. Waiting for 1.3x to 1.5x pays more if your chef can keep up.
Do I need Robux?
No. Staff passes and boat skips help, but Hire, merge, cash boats, Chef Skill, and the group timer all work for free.
Are there codes?
Not right now. There is no Codes button in the HUD. Use the Codes page if you want a quick status check later.
