Food Tiers: Carrot to Phantom Lobster
Shop food from starter Carrot through Tier 16 Cosmic. Phantom Lobster is the top cash buy at $1.8Dd.

How food works
Food is what you throw. Better food pulls rarer animals. Throw Power still decides how far it flies.
- Throw, then restock. Pick a food in Shop, throw it at the path, and grab whatever comes to eat. That throw uses up the food, so buy more when you run dry. Carrot stays free.
- Better food is not farther throws. Rarer food pulls rarer animals. Strength (Throw Power) decides how far the food flies. If a pricey food still lands short of the next zone, you burned cash.
- Pay for the next shop buy. Keep strong animals on the pen so $/s covers the next food. Hit Equip Best and sell junk pets before you chase Cosmic prices.
Throw farther with Throw Power in the beginner guide. Zones are on Areas.
When to buy the next food
Buy food only when throws already land where you want. Otherwise train Strength first.
- Food lands short of the area you want? Train on the pull-up stand or upgrade the bar first.
- Already landing in that zone? Buy the next food you can afford instead of more pull-ups.
- Early buys: Carrot, Apple or Banana, Toast ($4K), Orange, then Pear or Cheese. Mid game moves into Croissant, Chocolate, Bacon, Burger, and Shank.
- Late game needs Cosmic cash and enough Strength to hit Phantom Harbor. Phantom Lobster is the top buy at $1.8Dd.
- Halloween food is Tier 15 Eternal: Hot Cider, Golden Pumpkin, and Candy Corn. Buy them while Shop still shows that row.
