Build the Pyramid! training: treadmill Speed and bench Strength gyms

Speed vs Strength

Treadmills raise Walk Speed. Bench presses raise Strength (carry capacity). Train Strength early, in the highest gym multiplier you have unlocked.

Unlock table: progression. Coin tracks: upgrades.

How training works

Step on to start, jump to leave, AFK is fine. Strength usually wins early. Unlock gates are on Progression.

  • Treadmill raises Walk Speed for desert travel between quarry and pyramid.
  • Bench press / weightlifting pad raises Strength (carry capacity: blocks per trip).
  • Step on a station to start. Jump to leave. AFK training works while you stay on the pad.
  • Strength first. Capacity often climbs from 1 block toward a small stack (about 4 to 10 early), then much higher mid-game. More stone per trip beats a small Speed bump.
  • Bulk Pickup does not raise capacity. It only adds blocks per press. Capacity is a gym Strength stat.
  • Train in the highest multiplier zone your pyramid count unlocks. One rep at 50× takes the same time as one rep at 1×.
  • Gym unlock gates are on the Progression page. This page is Speed vs Strength and how to train, not the win-count table.

FAQ

Speed or Strength first?

Strength first for carry capacity. Add Speed once trips feel slow across the desert, not before you can haul a real stack.

Can I AFK train?

Yes. Stay on the treadmill or bench. Jump when you want to leave.

How do I unlock higher gyms?

Complete shared pyramids. Each win raises your count and opens higher multiplier zones. See Progression for the full unlock table.

Do upgrades replace gym training?

No. Coin upgrades change pickup, place, and reach per press. The gym raises Speed and Strength (capacity). Stack both.
