How fish work
Fish spawn after you empty a pool. Walk up to collect them, sell weak ones at the Fisherman, and put strong ones in your aquarium for passive income. Sell prices scale with weight in kilograms — the same species can pay very different amounts. Index logs species and shows spawn odds on higher tiers. Deeper pools with higher luck are on progression; display stand slots are under upgrades; first-hour sell timing is on the beginner guide.

Put fish, Equip best, and Sell all
Home aquarium buttons that move fish into the tank, auto-pick top earners, or clear a bag for cash.
- Put fish. Adds a caught fish to your home aquarium. Equipped fish generate passive cash over time.
- Equip best. Fills aquarium slots with your highest $/min fish. Use it after a good farming run.
- Sell all. Clears weak inventory fish at the Fisherman when you need pump cash now.
- Best fish holder. The server tracks the best fish held. That player can claim an extra cash reward, about $51M after holding the top slot for roughly 21 minutes.
Index rarity tiers and spawn odds
Index tracks species from Common through Exclusive. Legendary and above often show spawn odds on the UI.
Open Index after drains. Tiers run from Common to Exclusive, and Legendary and above often show spawn odds on the UI. You do not need every entry to progress. Missing rows still tell you which pools are worth camping.

Fish mutations
Weight and tags change sell and $/min. Hole at 20× is the top payout; weather only affects new spawns.

During a weather window, move between pools instead of camping one spot. Sell plain fish for pump cash. Stock Hole and Venom catches in the aquarium. Weather only affects new spawns, not fish already in your tank.

Limited tags from Black Hole, Bloo, and event windows. Confirm names in the Index after each drop.

FAQ
Does bigger fish pay more?
Yes. Each fish has a weight in kilograms. A larger model, Gold or Diamond tag, or heavier roll sells for more and earns more per minute in the tank. Goldfish can sell anywhere from about $15 to $52 depending on weight.
Do fish have fixed sell prices?
No. The same species can pay very different amounts based on weight and variant tags. Read the sell preview before you dump a haul at the Fisherman.
What does Equip best do?
It fills your aquarium with your highest $/min fish automatically. Use it after a good farming run.
Do I need every Index entry?
Not for basic progression. Index helps you track missing species from Common through Exclusive. Legendary and above often show spawn odds on the UI.
What is the center spot bonus?
Keeping a fish in the aquarium center display long enough pays a one-time cash bonus. Examples include about $3.5M at two minutes and $20M at nine minutes.
Should I sell fish or stock the tank?
Sell when you need pump cash. Stock when a fish earns more per minute than a quick sell-and-rebuy cycle. Offline rewards also pay equipped fish while you are away.
What is the best mutation?
Hole at 20× is the top payout. Venom at 10× is the next target during Poison weather. Gold and Diamond are worth grabbing anytime they spawn.
Does weather change fish already in my aquarium?
No. Weather only improves the chance of new mutated spawns. Fish already in your bag or tank keep their current tags.
Should I sell mutated fish?
Sell plain fish when you need pump cash. Keep Hole, Venom, and strong Diamond catches for aquarium income unless you need an instant sell to clear a gate.
What does the MythicFish code give?

What fish does the Cthulhu code give?
