Be The Final Boss Beginner Guide

Codes → cheap lineup → Skill Tree → Wave 25.

By Bloxron Editorial Team · Last updated

You’re the Final Boss. Heroes keep coming; your army and Skill Tree have to keep up. First hour: codes, a cheap lineup, Wave 25.

Common mistakes

  • Skipping codes, then wondering why you have no Coins
  • Parking two dual-slot units before Population is up
  • Dumping every Soul at the Altar before the frontline can tank
  • Burning Altar rolls in Gold Rush instead of waiting for Cursed Moon
  • Never sitting on the throne once it gives a combat buff

First session

  1. Finish the tutorial. Learn placement, the Altar, and where the Codes Board is.
  2. Redeem every active code. Settings → Codes. Start with betheboss, then clear the list on our codes page. Coins go to the Skill Tree; Souls sit for Altar rolls.
  3. Build a cheap lineup that doesn’t leak. Iron Skeleton (or Bone Grunt until you get one) up front, Skeleton Archer / Imp Bomber behind. Don’t stack two dual-slot units until Population is up.
  4. Spend Coins on stuff that sticks. Slot-capped? Population first. Otherwise Unit Damage or Unit Health, then Coin Income, then Boss Attack / Health. Buy a weapon after the leaks stop.
  5. Hit Wave 25. First checkpoint that matters. After it, look at Shiny Lava Imp / thicker tanks on the minion page before you spam more Souls.
  6. Play the weather. Gold Rush = farm Coins. Shard Storm = farm shards. Cursed Moon = roll the Altar. Don’t waste mutation rolls during Gold Rush.

Early Skill Tree order

Names might differ slightly in your tree UI — match the idea. Full tips on Skill Tree.

Weather windows

Each weather lasts about five minutes, then roughly ten minutes of nothing. Watch the HUD timer (usually bottom-right). More farm notes on Events.

FAQ

What’s the real first goal?

Codes in, frontline stable, Wave 25 clear. Fancy rolls can wait.

Buy a weapon early?

Only after you stop leaking. Population and Unit Damage pay more first.

When do I roll the Altar?

When the line can hold — ideally under Cursed Moon. One unit that plugs a hole beats five random gambles.

Can I mix Coin and Soul spending?

Coins = permanence. Souls = army. Keep the piles separate.

Armor / Battlepass?

UPD2 stuff. Armor helps once leaks are your problem; Battlepass is optional.
