What the Cellar is
The Cellar (also called the cave or basement) is a dark rocky dungeon under the circus where banished abstractions are locked away.
As a normal player you can also drop in through hidden gaps or out-of-bounds falls at certain map edges — risky because trapped abstractions are already down there.
Inside, poking environmental anomalies, portraits, or item sequences while Sanity is low can award rare session achievements. Expect danger; do not treat it as a safe side room.
What you need
- Fully abstracted player. One player must already be fully abstracted — mid-transformation is not enough.
- Second player. A second player in the same server is required for the chat summon / banish route.
- Working chat. The normal player needs Roblox chat available to type the trigger word.
- No key or item. You do not need a key, badge, or code for this chain.
Steps
- Abstract first. Have one player finish abstraction with isolation, darkness, or proximity. Stay abstracted — do not reset yet.
- Meet with a second player. Bring a normal player nearby. Most people try this on the open ground-floor social area, not a locked side room.
- Type Caine in chat. The normal player types Caine in Roblox chat — spelled C-a-i-n-e. Kane and Cain are common caption typos and will not work. That summons the ringmaster and banishes the abstracted player to the Cellar.
- Let the event finish. Stay in the server while the Caine event runs. Resetting or leaving mid-sequence cancels that attempt.
- Cellar is mostly event-gated. The main reliable entrance is this Caine banish. Looking for a labeled Cellar door on the main floor will not help — see alternate drops below if you want in as a human.
Exact floor position and animations can differ. If nothing fires, use the troubleshooting checks below instead of inventing extra steps.
Spelling
Trigger word: Caine. Avoid Kane / Cain.
Blue Eyes Caine
A rare glitch-state event can swap the ringmaster into Blue Eyes Caine — both eyes glowing blue with hard audio and visual cuts.
- The circus may suddenly lose textures: gray untextured blocks, flashing lines, and a broken simulation look.
- Triggering Cellar anomalies or failing state checks during that breakdown can put you face-to-face with Blue Eyes Caine.
It is uncommon. Treat it as a rare encounter, not a farmable loop every match.
Leaving the Cellar
Reset or respawn to leave the Cellar. That usually drops you back on the normal map without the abstracted form.
Troubleshooting
Nothing happens after typing Caine
- Confirm the target is fully abstracted.
- Confirm spelling is Caine (not Kane / Cain).
- Confirm a second player is nearby with chat working.
- Try again after a game update — the chain can change.
Event starts then cancels
- Do not reset or leave while the sequence is running.
- Keep the abstracted player in the server through the transition.
Looking for a Cellar door on the map
- There is no labeled permanent Cellar door on the main floor.
- Use the Caine chat banish, or hunt edge gaps / out-of-bounds drops if you want in as a human.
