Where to go
Names below are player shorthand — the game may label rooms differently. Stay bright and crowded to resist; use private rooms, high ledges, or dark corners when you want Sanity to fall.

Central / ground-floor social area
Use this as your first stop after spawning. Stay with normal players here when you want to resist abstraction. Also the usual meetup spot before someone types Caine.
Room hallway & private rooms
Look for the door marked with your avatar. Close the door and turn lights off for a quieter solo route.
Upper circus / high ledge
Climb stairs or ladders to the top section and stand alone on the ledge. Distance from other players drains Sanity without needing a private room.
Dark corners & tent edges
Map edges hide unlit nooks and unfinished voids (including tent corners). Stay still and alone to drain Sanity.
Stage / elevated meeting area
Easy spot to regroup. Caine does not require a specific stage tile — people just meet somewhere visible.
Cellar
Main path in is the Caine chat banish while abstracted. Humans can also fall through hidden gaps or out-of-bounds drops. Trapped abstractions make it dangerous; low-Sanity interactions can award rare session achievements.
