Garden income feeds treadmill upgrades and trail multipliers. Read each biome's recommended Speed before you commit to a long steal.

Speed gates every biome. Pet income from your garden pays for treadmill upgrades and trails. The treadmill raises your base Speed; trails multiply movement on top. Read the number on each biome gate before you steal there.
Income from garden pets pays for upgrades. Before you open the stealing guide, run Steal Check so your Speed actually covers the egg weight you plan to carry.
Treadmill upgrade chain
Unlock the treadmill with the $1,000 garden upgrade, then climb named tiers while leveling between purchases.

Eleven trails, Gray through Moon Bloom. Multipliers are the stable part of the deal; cash costs swing hard (Divine and Moon Bloom can show huge cash tags). Robux prices below are a snapshot; check the shop for current prices.

Biome speed requirements
Numbers appear on each biome gate in-game. Match or beat them before you commit to a steal from that zone, or paste your Speed into Steal Check to see every open biome at once.

Recommended Speed by egg weight
Gate readouts are the floor. Carrying an egg slows you down, so heavier nests need more Speed than the sign. Figures below are practical targets by egg weight class, not hard UI requirements. Start with a lighter egg when you first enter a biome.
If you would rather not scan the grid by hand, Steal Check compares your Speed to these same weight targets and reports the heaviest class you can still clear.

Robux Speed Shop
The Speed Shop sells instant Speed for Robux, from about +150K up to +1B on the top tier. It is optional. Treadmill time plus trail multipliers is the free route most players use.
- Robux Speed is a shortcut to late biomes, not a replacement for trail multipliers on future training
- Buy the largest pack you can afford only when you are ready to steal in that zone immediately
- X2 Growth Speed pass speeds hatch timers, not treadmill gains. Do not confuse the two
Game passes
Steal An Egg sells exactly two game passes in the Roblox shop. Neither pass raises treadmill Speed: they double pet income or egg hatch timers instead.

Which pass gets me to Cherry Blossom faster?
Neither directly. Speed comes from treadmill time and trails. X2 Money can fund upgrades faster if your pens already earn well; X2 Growth only shortens hatch waits.
Do passes stack with Admin Abuse boosts?
Admin Abuse sometimes turns on server-wide cash or speed multipliers during the live window. Your pass bonuses still apply to your own pens and hatch timers, read the on-screen toast during the event to see what is active.
FAQ
What is the difference between my Speed stat and the biome gate?
The gate shows recommended Speed for that biome. Treat it as the target for safe round trips. Your personal stat is what you actually have from treadmill time, upgrades, and trails.
Should I upgrade treadmill or buy trails first?
Unlock the treadmill, then alternate: upgrade treadmill level when income allows, and buy the best affordable trail multiplier whenever the shop fits your budget. Trails give immediate steal buffer; treadmill tiers raise long-term gain.
Does X2 Growth Speed pass affect the treadmill?
The X2 Growth Speed game pass speeds up egg hatch timers, not treadmill training. Do not buy it expecting faster Speed stat gains.
Can I disable treadmill videos?
Yes. Open Settings and turn off treadmill videos if the AFK clips distract you. Training still works without them.
Why is Cherry Blossom harder than the gate number suggests?
The 2.5B readout lets you enter the zone. Stealing eggs back out, especially with Mother Crane chasing, usually needs closer to 3.5B Speed or a strong trail. Train past the gate before you commit to a Crane run.
How much Speed does Titan Temple need?
The gate readout is about 7B Speed. Gorilla King hits hard on steal routes, so train and trail up before you commit to Titan Temple eggs. The full gate table is on this page.
How much Speed does Angels & Demons need?
About 20B on the gate for Angels, Demons, and Merged. The zone only opens at night. Train past the readout and use a strong trail before you carry heavy eggs out.
Why do I slow down after grabbing an egg?
Egg weight cuts your movement while you carry it. Heavier eggs need more Speed than the gate number. Use the egg-weight table on this page, and practice with a lighter egg first in a new biome.
Is the gate Speed enough to steal?
You can attempt at the gate number, but heavy eggs often get you caught. Train past the readout, or grab a lighter egg until the round trip feels stable.
Is Robux Speed worth it?
Only if you want to skip grinding to a specific biome right now. Long-term progress still comes from treadmill levels and trail multipliers that compound every future session.
