What counts as an active code

A code lands in the active list only after it redeems successfully in a fresh lobby. Rumor-list codes that fail in-game stay out so you are not chasing fake rewards.

If your code fails right after you redeem it once, that usually means it is already used on your account or the lobby UI did not refresh cleanly. Rejoin and try again before you assume the code is dead.

How to redeem codes

Launch Anime Expeditions on Roblox and load into the main lobby.
Tap the three-dot (…) menu near the top of the screen, then choose Redeem Codes, or talk to the Razor Jaw NPC near spawn.
Paste the code exactly as shown, capitalization does not matter.
Redeem once per account, then rejoin if the lobby UI lags or fails to refresh.

What to do after redeeming

Free rewards help most when they fix your current bottleneck, story progress, a better carry, or rerolls that replace a dead-end unit. Update 1 codes are mostly Trait Crystals and rerolls, spend them on units you will keep. Leftover Villain Coins from older codes only matter if a limited banner is still open. Check the active table at the top of this page. As of October 19, 2026, no codes are redeeming in fresh lobbies. Update 3.5 (brothers, clash!, hollowworld), Update 3.0 (sorrysmalldelay, Bossrush, Hellfire, Update3, RDC26), and older Absolute Dream batches are archived.

Where do Anime Expeditions codes appear first?

New codes show on the Roblox game page or in the lobby before they land here. Redeem from the three-dot menu Redeem Codes box, or talk to Razor Jaw if the HUD glitches.

What are Villain Coins used for?

Villain Coins funded the limited Villain Banner and Update 0.5 shops during Villain Invasion (Jul 25-Aug 1, 2026). Spend leftover coins if those menus still appear on your account: they are not a substitute for Gem banners.

Do Anime Expeditions codes expire?

Yes. Milestone and update batches shut off without much warning. When a string stops redeeming in a fresh lobby, it moves to the archive here. Trust the in-game Redeem Codes response over outside lists.

What should I spend Anime Expeditions code rewards on first?

Support your main carry or smooth story progress. Free Trait Crystals and Stat Locks belong on units you will keep. Infernal Dust and Defense Credits come from modes, not codes: farm District 7 or Monster Clash for those.
