What counts as an active code
A code lands in the active list only after it redeems successfully in a fresh lobby. Rumor-list codes that fail in-game stay out so you are not chasing fake rewards.
If your code fails right after you redeem it once, that usually means it is already used on your account or the lobby UI did not refresh cleanly. Rejoin and try again before you assume the code is dead.
How to redeem codes
- Launch Anime Expeditions on Roblox and load into the main lobby.
- Tap the three-dot (…) menu near the top of the screen, then choose Redeem Codes — or talk to the Razor Jaw NPC near spawn.
- Paste the code exactly as shown — capitalization does not matter.
- Redeem once per account, then rejoin if the lobby UI lags or fails to refresh.
What to do after redeeming
Free rewards help most when they fix your current bottleneck — story progress, a better carry, or rerolls that replace a dead-end unit. Update 1 codes are mostly Trait Crystals and rerolls — spend them on units you will keep. Leftover Villain Coins from older codes only matter if a limited banner is still open. Yes. Milestone and update batches shut off without much warning — the Update 0.5 set expired after July 31, 2026. When a string stops redeeming in a fresh lobby, it moves to the archive here.
