Anime Squadron Traits Guide
Superior, Cloner, Rebirth, and Entrepreneur — drop rates, stacking rules, spawn caps, and which trait fits summoners vs tanks.

By Bloxron Editorial Team · Last updated
Every unit can equip two independent traits simultaneously. Trait rolls are separate from stat rerolls and stack with gear bonuses.
Superior
0.1% dropThe holy grail trait — massive damage and HP with a strict one-unit spawn cap on the field.
- +200% Damage
- +300% Max HP
- +30% Range
Constraints
- Spawn Cap of 1 — only one Superior unit on the field at a time
Cloner
Bread and butter for summoners and spam builds — duplicates the unit for double skill output.
- Creates a duplicate clone on the field
- Forces double-casts and doubles overall skill output
- Can fire two Ultimates in a row
Rebirth
Tank-friendly trait that revives the unit once with half HP after falling in battle.
- +35% Damage
- +50% HP
Constraints
- On death, instantly revives on the spot with 50% HP
Entrepreneur
Economic trait that slashes dynamic Yen spawn costs — ideal on expensive powerhouses.
- Reduces dynamic Yen cost to spawn and place the unit during a match
Pairing tips
- Superior + Entrepreneur — maximum power on a single slot, but only one Superior can exist on the field.
- Cloner + Rebirth — spam skills while keeping a revive safety net on your frontline.
- Pair Shadow Monarch soldiers with Cloner for extreme summon output — watch the Superior spawn cap if you roll it.
FAQ
How many traits can a unit hold?
Two completely independent traits at the same time. Matching the right pair is what separates casual teams from endgame squads.
What is the best trait in Anime Squadron?
Superior — +200% Damage, +300% Max HP, and +30% Range — but it only drops at 0.1% and enforces a Spawn Cap of 1 on the field.
When should you use Entrepreneur?
On high dynamic Yen-cost powerhouses as a backup trait. It slashes spawn placement costs so expensive units can enter the lane earlier.
Which trait fits summoners?
Cloner duplicates the unit for double-casts — ideal for spam builds that want two Ultimates back-to-back.
