Character stats & potentials

Every unit ships with five base stats rated from A through S through S+. Ratings are not just raw numbers — they bring large percentage buffs to your entire layout.

Damage
Cooldown (CDR)
Range
HP
Speed

Stat Cube lock-and-roll

Customize stats with Stat Cubes in the lobby. The UI shows exact percentage boosts — like +20% or +50% Damage — before you commit a roll.

Cost doubles per lock

Roll a perfect stat (for example S+ Range), lock it, then reroll everything else. Each locked stat doubles the cost of the next roll — spend cubes deliberately.

Global perks — Maximum Yen first

Lobby global perks compound across every match. Maximum Yen should be your number-one priority: if starting Yen capacity stays low, expensive units like Naruto Sage Mode never reach the field during early waves.

Index Gem cashout

Pull or drop a character you have never owned before, then open the Index panel. Claiming the new entry pays out Gems immediately — a reliable trick to stretch early summon budgets before Gold becomes the real bottleneck.

FAQ

What are the five core stats in Anime Squadron?

Damage, Cooldown (CDR), Range, HP, and Speed. Each unit has base ratings from A up to S+, and those ratings also apply percentage buffs to your layout.

How does lock-and-roll work with Stat Cubes?

When rerolling stats, you see exact percentage boosts on screen (like +20% or +50% Damage). Lock a perfect roll — such as S+ Range — then reroll the rest. Each locked stat doubles the cost of the next roll.

What global perk should you upgrade first?

Maximum Yen. Without a higher starting Yen capacity, expensive powerhouse units cost too much to spawn during early waves.

How do Index Gems work?

Whenever you pull or drop a brand-new character for the first time, open the Index panel and claim the entry for a quick Gem payout — crucial for keeping summon funds alive early on.
